Return & Exchange Policy

At The Kacey Welch Method we are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality hair care products. To maintain the integrity of our offerings, we have established the following return and exchange policy:

Hair Extensions-

  • Eligibility: We offer an even exchange for unopened, unused hair extensions returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds for any hair extensions.
  • Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. 
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we do not provide return labels.

Hair Care Products (Shampoo, Conditioner, Leave-In Conditioner)

  • Eligibility: Accepts returns for unopened or gently used items purchased directly from kaceywelch.com.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment method only.
  • Condition: Products must be in their original, unused, and salable condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we do not provide return labels.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. 
  • Refunds will be determined once the items are returned to our office.

Support Products

  • Final Sale: All support products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Education-

In-Person Classes

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the class date are eligible for a 90% refund of the original ticket price.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the class date are non-refundable.

Online Education

All online classes are final sale and non-refundable, without exception.
