Shipping Information
We are committed to fast and reliable order fulfillment. All orders placed by 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
We offer domestic and international shipping. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred during shipment. Delivery times may vary based on destination and selected shipping method.
Returns
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not liable for returns that are lost or delayed in transit.
To be eligible for exchange or store credit, products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused.
